Brain scientists have visited MAS

On April 22, the scientists from Center for Excellence in Brain Science and Intelligence Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CEBSIT, CAS) visited Mongolian Academy of Sciences (MAS) and met President D. Regdel.

The visiting scientists were led by Prof. Mu-ming Poo, Director of Institute of Neuroscience, CAS, Academician Guo-Qiang Chen, Vice president of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Prof. Jinke Cheng, Dean of College of Basic Medical Sciences, Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Prof. Zi-Long Qui, Deputy Director of State Key Laboratory of Neuroscience, CEBSIT.

CEBSIT is one of the leading research centers in CAS, particularly established within the scope of the CAS Pioneer Initiative.

During the meeting, Director Mu-ming Poo introduced about the CEBSIT activities and mentioned that CEBSIT is looking forward future research collaborations with MAS on the research and technology priorities.

President D. Regdel warmly welcomed the scientists from CAS and noted that MAS works in a collaboration with CAS and we hope our research collaborations will be deepening and expanding continuously in multiple research areas.  

As invited by Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences (MNUMS), the visiting scientists will be working and delivering the seminar talks at MNUMS.
