Modern and common features of international development is to build an economy which is based on creating, promoting and using a knowledge. In other words, it is about creating a society of innovation. Science, technology, and development of innovation determine the economic development of a country as well as its competitiveness in the world market.
In our country, the "knowledge-generating" environment base is being implemented through the development of a legal environment and infrastructure within the framework of effective education and national innovation systems and integrated public policy.
Mongolian Academy of Sciences as an institution that has a key role in creating an efficient national innovation system which has set strategic goals to contribute to socio-economic development based on the innovation of science and technology.

- Following the Procedure to establish startup company under research organization (2014), our aim is to establish a startup company under our affiliated organizations, to increase the competitiveness of the established startup company, to help in all aspects of accessing to the market and expansion, and to provide management assistance.
- To train the innovators of human resource and increase efficiency of entrepreneurs. Then provide assistance for solving their problems.
- Organize and support the activities of promoting the science and technology innovation of culture and creating an eco-friendly system.
- Developing mutually beneficial collaboration in all sectors of the government, non-governmental organizations, the private sector, university, science and technology, and support for their partners.
